Then, almost by accident, I stumbled on an “underground” method that was proven to pack on muscle, build superhuman strength, and flawless function. At a hardcore gym in New York, I spent three days learning from one of the most sought-after strength coaches in the world, known for taking guys with crappy genetics and soft, weak bodies and turning them into jacked, powerful warriors.
Despite being a personal trainer and helping hundreds of clients, that weekend, it was like my eyes were opened to a whole new style of training. An approach that was fun and ridiculously effective, even for genetically average guys who’ve tried everything without success.
On the flight home, I started sketching out new ideas and strategies for my workouts. I knew I had learned things that would change the way I train forever. I threw out everything I “thought” I knew about weightlifting and went back to the drawing board.
The next few years were dedicated to researching and testing methods for improving aesthetics and athleticism at the same time, and through a lot of trial and error, I discovered a system that made building a great looking, high performing body not only possible, but simple. I applied these methods to my own training, and I was BLOWN AWAY by the results. In just a few short months, I had become stronger, leaner, fitter - and yes, even more “aesthetic” than ever before.
